Dash makes it easy to build interactive web apps to analyze and visualize data, and the state of New York provides data on all vehicle registrations. Combining the two, I built an app and deployed it using Heroku. Here’s a screenshot using the brand Subaru.
The dataset includes all vehicle registrations over the last 2 years, and I filtered the data to cars with a model year of 2016 or later in an attempt to capture new car sales. Subaru is interesting because we see many contiguous counties with greater than 10% of registrations. Open the app and explore other brands!
